{"id":9841,"date":"2020-08-11T01:24:25","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T00:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jltransit.ma\/?p=9841"},"modified":"2023-02-13T16:03:56","modified_gmt":"2023-02-13T15:03:56","slug":"tariffs-on-imports-from-non-free-trade-agreement-countries-increased-to-40","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jltransit.ma\/en\/tariffs-on-imports-from-non-free-trade-agreement-countries-increased-to-40\/","title":{"rendered":"Tariffs on imports from Non-Free Trade Agreement Countries increased to 40%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Rabat,\u00a0July 27, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CIRCULAR N\u00b0 6075 \/ 211<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBJECT:<\/strong> Customs provisions of the amending finance law for the fiscal year 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REFERENCE:<\/strong> Amending Finance Law n\u00b0 35-20 for the fiscal year 2020, promulgated by Dahir n\u00b01.20.72 of July 25, 2020, published in the Official Bulletin n\u00b06903 of July 27, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The service is informed that the amending finance law for the fiscal year 2020 includes a new provision of interest to the administration of customs and indirect taxes.<\/p>\n<p>This provision brings changes to the import duty tariff, replacing the import duty rate of <strong>30% with a rate of 40%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that other rates remain unchanged.
