Helpdesk Technician M/F

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As part of the development of our business, we are primarily seeking individuals who are passionate about their work. Reporting to the IS Manager, your main missions will be to :

– Assisting users, diagnosing hardware and software failures.

– Diagnosing computer failures (software or hardware).

– Guiding the user through resolution processes.

– Conducting functionality tests.

– Having a sense of service and a notion of priorities.

– Ensuring a reactivity in the intervention time.

– Reducing the impact on users (implementation of a workaround).

This task list is not exhaustive. It is specified that the mission is by nature evolving and that other tasks related to your functions may be assigned to you.

PROFILE:
Required Skills:

– Windows 10, 11, Windows server, Linux…

– Software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, internet browsers, ERP, etc.).

– Hardware (Connectors, MV, NVR, DVR, servers, adapters, PC components (RAM, HD, etc.).

– Network (TCP/IP protocol, WIFI, LAN, Fortinet, etc…).

– Printer (repair, installation, etc…).

– Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS systems.

– Knowledge and control of potential risks related to the use of systems (viruses, hacking, etc.).

– Hardware and software technical skills: computer assembly, networks, etc…

– Installation and configuration of network equipment and software.

– Supervision and troubleshooting of network systems and applications.

– Configuration of Cisco router – switch equipment.

Personal Qualities :

– Good command of French (written and oral).

– At least 3 years experience in a similar position.

– Communicate clearly and explain what you do to users.

– Dynamic, organized and rigorous.

– You like to be in contact and to bring your help to the users.
